I am writing you this to commend your colleagues.
After arriving to my table in the new building I was missing my docking station and charger for the Lenovo workstation.
These are instrumental for my work (especially the charger) and without them I am not able to present complex solutions to our clients.
After engaging and raising my concerns, they always kept me in the loop about the progression, found the charger and at the end was able to find the docking station as well.
When someone goes above and beyond his duties to ensure customer satisfaction, needs to be formally recognized and commended.
