Thanks for arranging the IT engineers and porter at short notice. Your team performed well and I was particularly happy with the team leader (apologies but I don’t recall his name).
We didn’t manage to get the whole job complete due to equipment issues so at some stage soon we will need to get a team back on site to complete the job – will be in touch when I have further details
